Discovery + Consultation

We begin by understanding who lives in your home, your lifestyle, how you desire to live in your home, what is and is not working in your home, your aesthetic preferences, priorities, investment goals, and what you hope your project will make possible. This allows us to design a space that is both beautiful and also deeply considered around the life to be lived within it.

Conceptual Design

Detailed Design

With the greater design direction established, we develop the design in full, from finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and materials, to layouts, elevations, and other drawings as appropriate to your project. Instead of you having to sort through endless possibilities, we make well considered selections that work together to create a cohesive whole.

Installation + Reveal

This final phase is where all of our hard work comes together. We coordinate the installation and styling of furnishings, art, and accessories in your space so that it is complete, settled, and distinctly yours. We welcome you into a space that is designed for you to live in, one that is ready for your routines, rest, gatherings, and everyday moments that make life at home meaningful.

PROCUREMENT + Project management

Once the design is approved, we carry it into fruition. We manage the procurement of ELI-specified furnishings, finishes, fixtures, and materials, through ordering, tracking, receiving, storage, and delivery coordination. For construction projects, we work alongside and attend meetings with your General Contractor/Builder and trades, attend key meetings, answer design questions, and manage the design-related aspects of execution so that the many moving pieces and end result remain aligned with the approved design.
