This service includes full finish selections, and/or full furnishing selections, depending on your needs.
You'll receive a 2-D visual of final finishes and/or furnishings, floor plans and conceptual elevations where appropriate. 3-D renderings and walk-throughs available upon request for additional fee.

What's Included:
A Conceptual Design
Through the Conceptual Design process, we'll establish the design direction, develop a mood board, and explore selection options.
A Detailed Design
I will provide you with a 2-D visual of final finishes and furnishing selections, including a floor plan with furnishings layout, where applicable. A 3-D rendering of the detailed design will also be provided if desired, for an additional fee.
Procurement + Project Management
We will purchase, track, and deliver all finishes and/or furnishings and manage the construction process regarding design matters on your behlaf.
INVESTMENT
I charge a flat fee for full space design based on a number of factors including the scope of your project.

I present concepts and selections for your review and feedback at key milestones, ensuring the final design reflects you while removing the overwhelm that often comes with the countless decisions involved in the design process.
Yes. I purchase, track, and coordinate delivery of finishes and furnishings, as well as work alongside your builder or contractor to manage design-related aspects of the construction or installation process. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, I handle the resolution and replacement so it never becomes another item on your to-do list.
